A good budget probably needs updating. That budget we put together at the start of year, is probably less relevant 10 months in and so it is good practice to have regular refreshes as times change.
Management reporting means me giving you the information you need to make decisions in your business. We can work together to see what information is useful and where that information needs to be drilled down, for example to a product or sales distribution channel.
